Energy Efficiency Measures Framework
We have put in place a framework contract to make deployment of energy saving initiatives simple across the business. The framework contains four suppliers who are experts in the energy efficiency field and who will survey sites, provide costed recommendations for energy efficiency improvements and then install them according to your instruction. Each supplier brings with them a menu of funding options so that lack of budget need not be a barrier to energy savings.
The framework is set up so that business units can select groups,or portfolios, of sites and carry out mini-competitions to award each portfolio to a single supplier who will then survey and carry out works to the tendered portfolios. The STE Energy Management Team can guide you through the process and can advise on the recommendations that have been suggested by the suppliers.
For each site that is to be included in a mini-competition, the data collection template attached on the right of this page should be completed. Your Energy Lead will be able to advise who is collating portfolios for your Route, or if you are unsure please contact Nispa Siwale in the Energy Management Team.

Some of these technologies may be available to be installed through the Energy Efficiency Measures framework contract – please check with the suppliers for further advice.
