As part of Network Rail’s 365 programme between 2005- 2012. We trained a number of Safety Coaches; the then Behaviour Change Team developed a few training Modules. They support the Five Principles of Behaviour Based Safety as well as specific issues that can be positively addressed by changes in behaviours.
We are pleased to share these modules. Please note that these are dated between 2005-12, and so time may have dated some of the terminology and photographs, however the basic principles are the same.
