The DOS tool has been developed for the Rail Industry as a way of interrogating Safety Culture across six specific Dimensions. The tool can be used at team, project, programme and functional levels and enables a consistent and collaborative measurement and action planning for improvement with its innovative use of intervention suggestions. DOS informs a mature approach to measurement and assurance.
