Resilience Direct

The Resilience Direct page, which is accessible for resilience leads with a Resilience Direct account across Network Rail and the Emergency Services, also hosts the Emergency Services Guidance and Action Cards, Rail SAFE, training videos, and other supporting materials.

Resilience Direct will also host the Route Control Emergency Contact numbers. These will be distributed through a JOL Action Note in October 2025, and when they are updated, these will be shared locally by Network Rail Route Controls, by email to emergency service Control Rooms through identified email addresses and updated on Resilience direct.
