Emergency Services Guidance, Responder and Control Action Cards go live date: 30/06/2025


The Emergency Services Guidance is the document which is provided to the Emergency Services by Network Rail to assist with understanding the risks, and the process that should be followed when there is an incident on or near the railway.

The Actions Cards for the Emergency Service’s Control, and Emergency Service responders, provides what Network Rail have deemed to be the minimal required information that could be needed by a member of staff to follow the required process whilst understanding and considering key elements.
