What is SHELT
A strategic Leadership forum for all Capital Delivery Principal Contractors and Designers for North West & Central and Eastern regions. SHELT is supported by a series of working groups and tactical forums within the Regions, Alliances and Programmes.
What we Do
We meet every 3 months, rotating across cities within our regions.
Our SHELT meetings consist of an open debating forum around key topics and occasional site visit where continuous improvement can be garnered from non-rail environments.
Structure of SHELT
SHELT is managed by a steering group and organised by a PMO team.
The Steering group consists of SHELT members, reviewed on an annual basis, who meet in-between summits to plan the next agenda and preparatory work topics.
The PMO team consists of early career professionals to help organise the SHELT summits and engage all Working Groups.
