Resilience Direct will host the Route Control Emergency Contact numbers. The contact numbers will also be distributed through a JOL Action Note in October 2025, and when they are updated, these will be shared locally by Network Rail Route Controls, by email to emergency service Control Rooms through identified email addresses, and updated on Resilience direct.
