For any contractual queries from our contractor partners, please get in touch with the relevant commercial team within Network Rail.

Members of public
If you are a member of the public and you have a concern, question or complaint regarding network rail, including a safety threat you are aware of, please contact the network rail contact centre , who are resourced to deal with issues reported on a 24/7 basis and will be able to log your call and escalate it to the relevant department.
