David Higgins' Health and Safety Policy Statement
The Health & Safety Policy Statement is David Higgins’ (Chief Executive) personal commitment to the health, safety and welfare of Network Rail's employees, rail passengers and others who may be affected by our operations. It establishes the corporate attitude to health and safety and provides a formal corporate statement on the approach to health and safety management within Network Rail. It is underpinned by the arrangements outlined within the Health & Safety Management System.
