Q. What kind of medical checks do I need to pass to work trackside?

A. You need to be physically fit to work on or near the line. A medical assessment will include tests for diabetes or epilepsy, and hearing and eyesight checks. If you are colour blind, you will still be able to qualify for a PTS card, but will be restricted in the work that you are allowed to do.
